Exchange and Return Policy :

1. Exchange Window :

• Customers have the option to exchange their orders within 15 days from the date of delivery.

• Available only in India.

2. Non-Returnable Categories :

• Products on sale will not be applicable for return this includes:

- When a product has a price slash.

- Products that are included in a discount/Price Drop campaign.

3. Return Eligibility :

• We reserve the right not to accept returns for products that :

i) Appear to have been used, washed, or soiled.

ii) Are damaged, except in cases where the return is due to the delivery of damaged goods.

(iii) Within 15 days of delivery

4. Reverse Pickup :

• The reverse pick-up will be initiated through the exchange/return request portal.

• We can arrange for a reverse pickup of products upon confirmation by our Customer Experience Team. If you receive a defective product, please send us images at hello@lennora.com, and our team will assist you.

• There is a flat 300 INR return reverse pick up free.

5. Reverse Pickup Process:

• Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team,we will arrange for the reverse pickup of the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your request.

6. Packaging Condition :

• When returning a product, please ensure that the packaging remains intact as it was during the original delivery.

7. Delivery Partners :

• Lennora.com relies on delivery partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, Shree Maruti, Amazon,
etc., for shipping services.

8. Exchange Charges :

• In case of an exchange, customers are requested to cover one-way charges, which amount to ₹150. This is only applicable for campaign sale orders.

9. Sale Items :

• If you return an order placed during a sale, you will be refunded only the amount you originally paid, not the current product price. Please note that sale Items can only be refunded into your store credits or as a
discount code

10. Cancelation timeline/Process :

• Once an order has been successfully placed, our tele-confirmation process will be initiated within 24 hours. If, for any reason, you find it necessary to cancel your order, we kindly request that you promptly inform our team.

• To initiate an order cancellation, please send an email or WhatsApp message to notify us of your cancellation request within the first 24 hours of placing your order. Our contact information is 000000000 or email us at hello@lennora.com.

• It's important to note that once an order has been confirmed and processed by our dedicated team, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

11. Refund Process :

• For returns, the refunded amount will be credited back into store credits or discount codes. Only full-priced products can be returned and refunded to your source account.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

12. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

• Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

14. Return/Exchange Limit :

• Please note that an order can be returned or exchanged a maximum of two (1) consecutive times.

15. Return/Exchange Shipping:

• To return your product, you should mail your product to Address.

We initiate the pick-up from our end. If the PIN code is not available for pick-up, the customer has to send the product back to the address listed above to initiate the exchange/refund process.
